Annual Actuarial and Administrative Services
- Compilation of Employee Data.
- Determination of Participant Eligibility.
- Reconciliation of plan assets.
- Determination of annual contribution or allocation of the contribution.
- Actuarial calculations for a defined benefit pension plan.
- Non-discrimination (Actual Deferral and Actual Contribution Percentage) Testing for a 401(k) Plan.
- Non-discrimination testing for new-comparability pension and profit-sharing plans.
- Determination of account balances and accrued benefits.
- Preparation of a comprehensive report.
- Preparation of Participant Statements.
- Preparation of annual Form 5500 filing and Summary Annual Report, including actuarial certification, if applicable.
- Determination of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp. (PBGC) premiums and preparation of PBGC Premium Form for a defined benefit pension plan.
- Determination of retirement and termination benefits and preparation
of the associated paper work. (There is an additional fee to prepare these calculations and the associated paper work).
